LizzyLoans LLC provides financing solutions solely for commercial and investment real estate. We do not offer consumer or residential mortgage loans. This notice describes how we handle information collected through this website and our communications with you.
Who we are
LizzyLoans LLC ("we," "us," "our") is a New York limited liability company. We are an independent firm and are not a bank or depository institution.
Information you give us
When you submit our inquiry form or loan request form, we collect the contact and transaction details you choose to provide: name, company or entity, email, phone, borrowing entity, property type and location, financing amount and purpose, timeline, and any notes. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, dates of birth, account numbers, or copies of identification through this site; information of that kind is collected later, if at all, only through secure channels.
Information collected automatically
Analytics and advertising pixels. We may use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure site usage and to show you Lizzy Loans advertising on other sites (retargeting). These tools set cookies and receive your IP address, device information, and pages viewed.
Server logs. Our hosting provider (Netlify) records standard request logs, including IP address and user agent, for security and operations.
Your choices. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal and the Do Not Track setting; when either is present, analytics and advertising scripts do not load. Visitors whose browser reports a Pacific-time-zone location (including California) are asked before any such scripts load. You may also click Do Not Sell or Share My Info in the footer of any page to turn these scripts off in your browser, adjust your browser's cookie settings, or email us at the address below.
How we use information
To respond to your inquiry, evaluate and discuss potential commercial or investment real estate financing, send you information about our services, operate and secure this site, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information for money. Where analytics or advertising tools are considered "sharing" or a "sale" under a state privacy law, the opt-out above applies.
How we share information
We share information with service providers that process it on our behalf: workflow automation (Make), website hosting and forms (Netlify), email, and analytics and advertising (Google, Meta). Each is bound to use the data only to provide services to us. We also share information as required by law, to protect our rights, or with your direction. We may share deal information with capital sources and lending partners only when you ask us to pursue financing.
Text messages (SMS)
If you check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, or text us first, you agree that LizzyLoans LLC may send you automated and non-automated text messages about your inquiry, scheduling, document requests, and loan status from our business number. Consent is not a condition of any service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help, or contact us below. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Business emails from us include a physical mailing address and an unsubscribe method. Unsubscribing from marketing email does not stop transactional messages about a request you have made.
No credit decisions from website data
Nothing collected through this website is used as a consumer report or to determine eligibility for credit. Nothing submitted through this site is an application, an offer, or a commitment to lend.
Data retention and security
We keep inquiry information as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain ordinary business records, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards consistent with the New York SHIELD Act, including access controls, multi-factor authentication on our systems, and encrypted transmission. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Calculators and market data
The commercial loan calculator runs entirely in your browser; figures you enter are not transmitted to us unless you choose to send them. The Treasury yields page retrieves published yield-curve data from the U.S. Department of the Treasury when the page loads.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of targeted advertising, by emailing us. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and others) may have additional rights to the extent those laws apply to us; we will honor verified requests consistent with applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising them. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with proof of authorization. We respond to verified requests within 45 days. If you believe we have not resolved a request, you may appeal by replying to our response; we will answer the appeal in writing.
Children
This site is for businesses and real estate professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18.

We may update this notice from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
